Gallery Hopping-Chelsea-Part 2

A feeling of being home but without limitations engulfed my being as I entered the Noho Gallery. I was instantly greeted by a strikingly beautiful women who insisted I meet the artist, who just so happened to be her son. Trying out the little Portuguese that I knew I started with a simple, "Bom dia", and from there this became one of my best gallery experiences to date. He explained in detail every last painting and the inspiration that sparked it's creation. Thirty minutes later I found myself refreshed as Dino's passion and need for self expression became clearer in his, Transmuted Paintings. His candourness separates him from the populous talented here in NYC and his works exemplifies the ability to transport complex thought into visual dialogues. This bad boy had me ready to empty out my 401k! Ironically it was Dino's favorite piece and the last canvas to finish his exhibit.
